NCR approached us to helped them launch their video-based interactive teller service.
ATMs have been with us for a while and are mostly associated with automated hardware. NCR’s new ATMs had a real-life, video-based teller that could directly interact with consumers.
We concluded that the best way to promote this service was to demonstrate the feeling consumers felt when they got this personalised service.
Today, the interactive service can be found from Ankara to Zanzibar.
