To name, brand and launch Ingram Micro’s new managed print service. Key objectives were to educate resellers on the new service and encourage them to sign up to the training programme.
Resellers are driven by profit margins, new revenue streams, good service levels for their customers and simplicity.
Our campaign made it clear that Ingram Micro would do all the heavy lifting with the managed print service, while the reseller sat back, made profits and took all the credit for the service among their customers.
110 out of 200 targeted resellers (55%) signed up for the service and training programme within a month of launch. The campaign had to be put on hold due to the overwhelming response. The campaign also helped secure lead vendor sponsors for the programme which included Kyocera, Canon, Epson, Brother, Xerox and Lexmark.
